Area Developer Qualification Criteria

Applicants must meet these basic requirements to be considered to become an Alliance Maintenance Area Developer:

1. Ability and desire to perform business to business sales.  Experience is a plus.
2. Passion for providing excellent customer service.
3. Ability to work without supervision.  Ability to work without daily interaction with other team members.
4. Access to $2,500 to invest as start-up capital.  (You will not pay any of this money to us.)
5. Commitment to protecting and enhancing the integrity of the Alliance Maintenance brand.
6. Ability to use a computer.
7. Enthusiastic support from your spouse (if any).
