These are the 8-steps involved in your becoming an Alliance Maintenance Area Developer.
Step 1 |
You receive and review the Alliance Information Packet. This includes detailed information about the Area Developer opportunity, a list of requirements for becoming an Area Developer, an Application, our Mission Statement, and a decision making checklist. |
Step 2 |
An Alliance Qualification Specialist will hold an initial phone interview with you to discuss your qualifications and allow you to ask questions to learn more about our business and industry. |
Step 3 |
You complete the Area Developer Application. We will send you an Area Developer Licensing Agreement. |
Step 4 |
An Area Developer Licensing Manager will hold an in-depth phone interview with you to answer questions and provide detailed information about operating as an Area Developer. You will also discuss the Area Developer Agreement. |
Step 5 |
You take a short aptitude test that will measure your aptitude for succeeding as an Area Developer. |
Step 6 |
You make a 2-day visit to the Alliance Maintenance headquarters and have a face-to-face meeting with your Area Developer Licensing Manager. |
Step 7 |
You have an “on-site” experience by spending a half day with an Alliance Area Developer. You learn up-close what an Area Developer does everyday in the field. |
Step 8 |
Alliance awards you a license to become an Area Developer and you schedule a time to begin training at our corporate office. Steps 6 – 8 will likely occur during your 2-day visit. |
You (or Alliance) may end this 8-step process at any time for any reason. |
